refund policy

we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

to be eligible for a return, your item must include all original parts and accessories. you'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

to start a return, you can contact us at Support@starterwatch.us. if your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


return options

when you request a return, we'll offer you two options:

option a: keep the item and receive a 15% partial refund on the item price. no shipping required.

option b: return the item for a refund. if you choose to return, please note the following:

• return shipping is at your expense.
• refunds are based on the item's line item price. original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
• all returns are inspected upon receipt. a return processing fee applies.
• if the item shows signs of use or wear, additional fees may be deducted from your refund, including a wear condition deduction and/or repackaging costs.
• items returned in damaged or non-resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

the final refund amount will be communicated to you after inspection.


damages and issues

please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

for claims related to damaged, defective, or missing items, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package and taking clear photos of the item(s) upon arrival. this helps us verify and resolve your claim quickly.

we may request photo or video evidence to process claims. claims without sufficient supporting evidence may not be approved.


exceptions / non-returnable items

certain items are not eligible for a return or refund, including:

• items returned in damaged or non-resellable condition (cracked, broken, or missing parts due to misuse)
• items returned without prior approval
• items returned after the 30-day return window

exchanges

the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


refunds

we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

returns address

returns must be sent only to the address provided by our support team after your return request is approved. unauthorized returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.


warranty

we offer a 30-day warranty for defective or malfunctioning items. this does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

if you believe your item is defective, please contact us with details and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
