Shipping Policy

At StarterWatch, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.


Domestic Shipping (USA, Canada & Mexico)

All domestic orders ship free with Standard Tracked Shipping. Delivery times vary based on which fulfillment center handles your order:

Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM ET (GMT-05:00), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing the following business day.


International Shipping

International orders ship via our manfacturing partners and are delivered on a best-effort basis.

Please note: our primary warehouses ship to North America only. International orders are fulfilled by our manufacturer.


Important: Estimates, Not Guarantees

All delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, holiday volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We do not provide specific estimated delivery dates — please use the ranges above as your guide.


Carriers

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment source handling your order.


Shipping Delays

Shipping time begins from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak seasons. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.


Your Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@starterwatch.us. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot update the address or issue a refund until the package is returned to us.


Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only after 30 days from the shipment date. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements before this window has passed. Please contact us if you believe your package may be lost and we will work with the carrier to investigate.


Stock & Backorders

We do our best to keep all items in stock. In the rare event an item in your order is on backorder, the maximum expected wait time is two weeks. If your order is affected, we will contact you with options. For questions about a specific product's availability, email us at support@starterwatch.us.
